The pictures don't even do justice to this place; it's even better in person. Tiago was extremely friendly and very helpful - he even helped us find a driver for our time there who took us to and from events. One last small note, we really appreciated the breakfast foods and snacks that were left for us - especially the bread because it was delivered to the house fresh every morning!!!"

"A fantastic retreat home on the outskirts of Peso da Régua. A 10-minute drive from the city. The house is well-equipped with stunning views and excellent outdoor space. Plenty of opportunities for walking and hiking, and well-located to access the excellent vineyards of the Douro Valley. Amazing space for outdoor dining, and the rooms and indoor spaces are equally well laid out. Easily accommodates 10 people in the main house (individual suites) with extra space for four people in the adjacent area. Tiago and Sonia are also amazing hosts. Nothing beats having the local baker make morning deliveries as part of the rental. A very special place. Highly recommended, and we were sad to leave after 5 days."
